Mt. Itasca is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We are a small, community ski hill and are heavily dependent on volunteer time and donated funds to make our facility run. Donations make up approximately 70 percent of our operating funds. Thanks to our dedicated community support, we have been in operation since 1906.

We are currently raising money to hire an executive director. In order to instate the executive director position, it will require an overall commitment of $180,000 over a three year period.
Mt. Itasca is supported by the generous contributions of our community members and in collaboration with the Greenway Joint Recreation Association, Itasca County, City of Coleraine, and many other local communities.
